Wyoming Cartridge Company – Terms & Conditions for Ammunition Purchases

 1. Eligibility to Purchase

By purchasing ammunition from Wyoming Cartridge Company, you affirm and agree that the following statements are true:

• You are at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition, and are otherwise allowed to purchase such products under all applicable Federal, Sate, and local law.
• Receiving ammunition from Wyoming Cartridge Company is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not prohibited from possessing or receiving ammunition under Federal, State, or local law, nor are you an individual who:
  • Have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor domestic violence offense.
  • Is currently subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
  • Is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.
  • Is a fugitive from justice.
  • Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
  • Has been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution.
  • Is illegally or unlawfully in the United States.
  • Has been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
  • Has renounced U.S. citizenship.

2.Compliance with Laws

• All sales comply with Federal, State, and local laws, including the Gun Control Act of 1968.

3. Shipping and Delivery

•       We ship ammunition only within the United States, and only as permitted by applicable law.
•       It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that receiving ammunition shipments is legal in their jurisdiction.
•       We may require adult signature upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

•       Due to the nature of the product, all ammunition sales are final. 
•       It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order, including caliber, quantity, and shipping information, before completing the purchase. 
•       We do not accept returns or offer refunds on ammunition purchases.

5. Limitation of Liability

•      Wyoming Cartridge Company is not liable for any misuse of ammunition purchased from us. By purchasing ammunition, you agree to use it only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
•      Once ammunition leaves our facility, you assume all responsibility for the condition, security, use and storage of ammunition. 

6. Changes to Terms

•      We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
•      Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
